IT ALL STARTED WITH
A FEW DONUTS...
Shortly after relocating to another state for my first job out of school, I felt overwhelmingly homesick. I decided to recreate some comfort food. I chose my favorite maple bacon donuts inspired by a local Pittsburgh gem, "Peace, Love and Little Donuts". I made family sized portions for a house of one so I share my leftovers at work... They were an instant hit! I was asked to cater a few birthday parties. Soon a few turned into many and Chef Shea was born!
